Environment-friendly Production

ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) is a method that allows industrial waste water to be reused or safely disposed in the environment. We are the first Indian company to invest in Clean it-EC, a wastewater treatment technology that is both environmentally friendly and green. HÃƒÂ¶ganÃƒÂ¤s, a Swedish multinational, provided this technology to us. This removes colour and pollutants from waste water and reduces sludge significantly. In addition, the treated water from our cutting-edge Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) is further reused in dyeing facility. This way, we create products in an environmentally friendly manner, with no industrial wastewater being dumped into the environment. Because of the sophisticated Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), we are able to make products that are superior in colour fastness, shine and feel than products already available in market.

Protective Technologies We Use

For the development of our qualitative Antiviral Phantom Black Phone Pouches, Antipollution Black Snoods, Antiviral Gloves, Antiviral Blue on Black Phone Sleeves and other products, we are using a one-of-a-kind silver and vesicle-based technology created by HeiQ at Switzerland that is Antiviral Protection with HeiQ Viroblock NPJ03. It kills enveloped microorganisms like SARS-CoV-2 with 99.99 percent effectiveness according to ISO 18184 and ISO 20743 testing requirements. HeiQ Viroblock treated fabric is 99.99 percent effective against enveloped microorganisms like SARS-CoV-2. Along with this, our Antiviral Face Masks are tested to have good permeability and breathability.

We also use Antibacterial Protection with Liva by Birla Cellulose. It is made by Birla Cellulose in India with antimicrobial fibres that kill 99.9% of microorganisms on textiles. These are also tested according to ISO 18184, JIS L 1902, AATCC 100, ISO 20743, ASTM E2149-13a standards and, have ISO 10993 certification for their properties like non-irritant to the skin.

We have been lending oxygen concentrators to neighbourhood hospitals, clinics, and NGOs in Punjab as well as some portions of Delhi, in order to help individuals in need during the pandemic. Bharat Vikas Parishad Vivekanand Sewa Trust and Nishkam Sikh Welfare Council are among the NGOs that we have supported in the previous several months.
